This traditional kitchen was designed specifically to meet the clients wish for a very rustic effect that would sit well with her period cottage. The brief was met largely through the generous use of a rustic grade of oak that contained splits, knots, cat’s paws, and streaks of brown oak. The client also chose an exceptionally thick worktop which was machined from 3” stock.
